Besides being a camouflage reference book, this is the easiest way to get an idea of what is actually really worn by the different armies and armed groups who were/are present in the Balkans. English and french description for each represented person/uniform. The first edition of the "Who is Who" encountered already a nice success among the members of the NATO and UN led Peacekeeping missions and those who served in the region previously. Considering the large positive response, the "Who is Who" collection is intended to be continued in the years to come
