Complex silkscreened poster for a tribute by the Association of Salvadorean Women to Melida Anaya Montes, Comandante Ana Maria of the FMLN, who was assassinated in the early morning hours of April 6 in Managua, Nicaragua by CIA operatives. She had been stabbed 82 times for denouncing the Reagan administration’s escalating intervention and provocation against the people of Central America. Poster in excellent condition.
